By purchasing products and services available in the Webshop, a contract is concluded between the User and the Operator, regulated by the provisions of this GTC.

The contract is concluded upon confirmation, and its language is Spanish or Engish.
Shipping and Delivery
The delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping method. Orders are delivered via courier service, and the exact costs and timeframes are displayed at the time of ordering.
Right of Withdrawal
Users have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify this in writing at info@thegoatgroup.es. The cost of returning the product is borne by the User.
Warranty and Liability
The products sold in the Webshop are covered by the applicable legal warranty and guarantee regulations. In case of a defective product, the User is entitled to request a replacement or repair.
Data Protection
The Webshop handles data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
Limitation of Liability
The G.O.A.T. Group is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Webshop.
